Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Clerk)

We are seeking to hire (1) full-time Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Clerk). The hours for the full-time Delivery Driver are Monday through Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service and ensure correct medications are delivered to the customer.

What we're looking for:

• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience, cashier experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer and typing skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing medications to customers, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Interacting with customers and healthcare professionals both in person and over the phone, providing outstanding customer service.
• Preparing orders and maintaining inventory levels.
• Arranging bank deposits and daily reports.
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
