The impact you will have:
The Branch Manager is responsible for growing a team, increasing sales, customer satisfaction, and managing branch operational efficiencies. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for driving change, selling, inventory management, finance, systems, and delivering the difference to current and future customers.
What you will do:
- Develop and grow sales within defined geographical area.
- Manage business operations to achieve company goals.
- Evaluate branch performance and recommend new strategies for improvements.
- Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed.
- Address business inquiries from customers and team members.
- Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure that the team work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation promotion, retention and termination activities.
- Oversee Facility and day to day functions.
- Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate training to the team.
- Provide status reports to senior leadership.
- Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity.
- Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals.
- Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on regular basis.
- Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.
- Responsible for management of product lines inventory and margin results.
- Holds regular meetings with sales staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales and operations teams.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Management of a team and development of people.
- Ability to see the future state of business goals and implement processes to elevate the outcomes.
