Job Title: Clinical Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness. The successful candidate will have experience in substance abuse treatment, group therapy, and case management.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing supervision and guidance to clinical staff
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Conducting assessments and monitoring client progress
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling, and be licensed as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC). Experience working with adults and families affected by addiction is preferred.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000-$155,000, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, employer-paid life insurance and accidental insurance, 10 days paid vacation per year, 10 holidays and 5 sick days per year, and more.
