- Address employee relations issues, providing conflict management support and guidance to staff.
- Conduct research data collection to inform HR decisions and process improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Utilize HR software such as Paychex and Workday for payroll processing and employee management.
- Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
- Strong interviewing skills with a focus on identifying top talent.
- Familiarity with HR software systems, including Paychex and Workday.
