HOUSE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking to hire a part-time (30 hours per week) house manager / personal assistant / project manager for our family. We are two busy but fun-loving parents who are looking to reclaim precious time with our family by outsourcing some of our daily/recurring tasks. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, cheerful, and adaptable. Because we will be spending so much time together, the right personality is of the utmost importance - we want you to enjoy spending time in our home. A can-do, get-it-done mentality and self-reliance are key traits as we do not want to micro-manage. Ideally, you work in and around our home 2pm - 6pm Monday through Friday with Tuesday with Friday nights until 9pm. We are looking for someone who will be proactive in anticipating needs and be able to manage our calendar and schedule according to the needs below. Duties include: House Administration: You will manage a weekly housekeeper who does deep cleaning (like vacuuming, mopping, toilets, beds, etc); and, you will be responsible for the lighter daily tasks such as dishes, laundry, and general straightening of the house. Organization, core home chores (laundry, kitchen, picking up, driving kids) will be critical in order to keep our house a home. We do travel regularly and would expect you to come on occasional vacations, often out of the US.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.29 per hour
