Quality Assurance Manager Denver, CO - Hybrid - Permanent

We've been asked to identify an experienced QA pro for a unique full-time, permanent position in Denver, CO. Our client is a $1B organization with a noble cause, and your skills in QA will help them with their mission. For years they have outsourced their QA efforts but now is the time to bring it in-house. This individual will be their first-ever staff QA expert, so while there are no shoes to fill, there is definitely a legacy to build. Your short-term mission will be to manage the outsourced team of 11, studying how QA is done and how it will evolve. You'll be hands-on as well, designing and executing test plans while creating a comprehensive QA strategy for the longer term. In time, you'll build out your internal QA staff to make your vision a reality.

Required :

• At least 5 years of in the weeds QA experience (including many test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies)
• At least 2 years of team management and / or leadership (with mentorees who love you)
• Business Analysis
• Polished communication skills
• Ability to execute while being strategic Hybrid :
• You'll work remotely 3 days per week, and onsite in Denver 2 days per week (Locals Only!)
