About the Role:

The Logistics Analyst Junior performs various tasks associated with supporting staff in many aspects including preparing briefing materials at all levels of the organization to support team findings. Collaborating with colleagues and leadership to transform information into meaningful presentation material. In this role, you will be working under the supervision of senior logistics managers or analysts, learning and growing into more independent responsibilities over time.

Must have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to assist teams in monitoring the progress of projects within the program, ensuring that deadlines are met, and milestones are achieved.
  • Ability to update status reports and track key deliverables.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, sending invitations, and taking minutes during program meetings.
  • Ability to work with teams and leadership to ensure that all program documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant team members. This can include reports, contracts, schedules, and other essential documents.
  • Ability to provide support and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to communicate program updates, handle inquiries, and ensure that all parties are informed.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • High School Diploma

Nice to have:

  • Ability to identify potential issues or bottlenecks within the program and work with senior team members to help resolve them.
  • Ability to help develop timelines, goals, and objectives for ongoing or upcoming programs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
