About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team in Anderson, CA. As a key member of our claims department, you will investigate and analyze self-insured claims from California, Washington, and Wisconsin to determine compensability.
You will manage all aspects of claims to resolution in accordance with jurisdictional requirements, establish credibility with legal counsel and workers' compensation appeals boards, and maintain professional relationships with division managers, HR, safety coordinators, medical providers, and injured workers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigate and analyze claims to determine compensability

- Work directly with injured workers to guide them through the workers' compensation process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years' experience in workers' compensation and claims adjusting
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to make independent decisions
- Adaptability in new or changing situations, requirements, or priorities
