Responsibilities
- Handle lost time/indemnity claims
- Manage a caseload of 130-140 W/10-20% litigated files
- Rarely need to show up for a mediation
- Handle self-insured accounts and claims related to manufacturing and heavy equipment
- Preferably work onsite in Anderson, CA
- Demonstrate a positive, high-energy attitude and be a self-starter
- 5 years of claims handling experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience with CA or WA claims
- Litigation experience
- No required licensure, SIP preferred
