POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
Provides master-level analyst services to production, management, and financial customers, and identifies cost, schedule and performance factors. Applies master-level analytical techniques to highly complex processes and analyses for various government programs and program activities. Uses cost-modeling, business case / best value analysis, market research, strategic planning, and program management technics to identify potential problem areas and provide qualitative and quantitative results. Drafts task proposal requirements, gathers key information, analyzes data, prepares draft progress reports, compares technical alternatives and cost options, and provides / supports briefings on the program findings to users and customers. Works independently and may be tasked as a team lead. Experienced in the nature of government agency programs and activities, including policies and objectives. Experienced in government depot-level maintenance business and production operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Rewrite and standardize PAC task codes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promoting an auditable, trainable, and identifiable process
Develop Standardized Layout : Create a uniform structure for PAC task codes, incorporating essential elements such as :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or PME in a related field or a combination of work experience and years of serviceMaster level position.
