About the Role
At Sift, we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to help grow our business and deepen our impact across industries solving complex engineering challenges, such as satellite constellations, renewable energy, and autonomous transportation. In this role, you'll take ownership of your portfolio, prospect and qualify leads, conduct in-depth discovery calls, and champion Sift's innovative solutions through compelling presentations and demos.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, align our platform to their challenges, and collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver impactful solutions. Whether drafting proposals, managing complex accounts, or contributing to Sift’s industry presence, you’ll play a key role in scaling our business and advancing our mission.

What You’ll Do
- Ownership: Learn, develop, plan, execute, repeat. You will be asked to own your portfolio at every level. No escape paths, no backstops—just you, your ideas, and your ability to get things done.
- Partnerships: Build and deepen high-leverage relationships that accelerate Sift’s mission. Identify strategic collaborators—whether commercial, academic, government, or ecosystem-based—and drive initiatives that create real value. From handshake to rollout, you'll lead the charge.
- Scale: Grow the business by researching and engaging new opportunities. Work with our existing customers on their most pressing challenges to expand relationships and deliver exceptional results.
- Embed: Collaborate directly with clients to deeply understand their challenges and align Sift's cutting-edge platforms with their operational needs. Efficiently manage complex accounts with precision and care.
- Prospect and Qualify: Prospect and qualify leads through a variety of channels (phone, email, social media). Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges. Champion Sift's solutions through compelling presentations and demos.
- Focused Expansion: Begin with a defined customer profile (industries, company sizes, or specific roles) and then test new territories systematically.
- Leverage Wins: Use case studies and customer testimonials from early successes to open doors in related sectors or with similar decision-makers.
- Write: Translate complex concepts into actionable and impactful narratives.
- Engage: Contribute to efforts that amplify Sift’s mission and innovative approach, educating industry leaders, key stakeholders, and collaborators on how our solutions drive impact.
- Team Player: Embrace the dynamic nature of a startup environment. Whether it's preparing for a client demo, setting up a test site, or brainstorming with the team, no task is too small or too big. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

The Skillset You'll Bring
- Ideally 1 years of experience in a B2B sales development role, Product Management, Management Consulting or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build rapport and qualify leads quickly and efficiently
- A data-driven mindset with a hunger for continuous improvement
- Experience with outreach and prospecting tools is a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
