About The Role
Sifted is seeking a Community Manager to live and breathe the Sifted brand, be a champion for our clients, and act as the primary liaison between the culinary team and Sifted community.
Our Community Manager is operationally oriented, takes a white-glove approach to account management, and is a natural leader who is known to inspire others into action. In this role, you will be responsible for energizing an efficient, personalized lunch service in a high-volume environment.
Reporting directly to the City Manager, the role includes leading lunch service Monday-Friday, managing the host team, and serving as the primary contact for all clients.
This position requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
What You'll Be Doing
Work environment : This position is based in a commercial kitchen as well as in client offices
Physical requirements : This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; this position requires sitting for up to 4 hours at a time
The Pay Range For This Role Is
50,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Atlanta Kitchen)

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Kitchen Operations
- Execute daily pack-out; oversee lunch and dinner delivery, set up and onsite experience across client community; maintain presence at kitchen daily;
- Partner with head chef regarding food production; act as primary liaison between culinary team and Sifted clients
- Improve logistics for operational team, in line with company priorities and team buy-in
- Account Management Client Marketing
- Own the client relationship: act as main point of contact for clients, communicate directly with clients to resolve issues professionally and quickly
- Onboard new clients and serve as their initial host
- Own every aspect of service experience; take service maintain on-site presence minimum of 2x/week
- Embody and elevate the Sifted brand with clients, in the community and internally with your team
- Plug into the local startup scene and create buzz for our lunch programs
- People Management Leadership
- Hire host team, oversee host schedule
- Train and monitor performance of host team
- Schedule and conduct one-on-one’s with each host on a regular basis
- Build and foster strong relationship with host team; reinforce positive host culture
- Lead host team by example (ex: client communication, host communication, on-site conduct, brand-aligned set ups)
- Has 1 years experience in the service industry
- Has 1 years experience in a professional setting
- Is operationally minded : exhibits strong follow-through on tasks and progress; flexes between a granular attention to detail and big-picture thinking; balances decisiveness and patience in time-sensitive situations
- Is a natural leader : has filled a coaching, managing or leadership role; feels confident delegating when necessary; models a readiness to help, serve and support; is highly responsive and accessible
- Is analytical : can rapidly convert quantitative feedback into qualitative action; has basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; can leverage data and technology to automate certain job functions
- Is brand-aware: can accurately represent and speak to a company’s brand
- Compensation : starts between 50-60k per year yearly bonus tied to goal achievement
