Salary : $65k-$70k
Summary
Serves as first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance in IT / OT (Information Technology / Operational Technology). Supporting onsite and remote staff in all IT related needs. Work with local IT to support local desktop and infrastructure needs. Provision and support of IT servers / workstations in administration and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests
- Provide application and desktop support to users in North America
- Ensuring quality in IT asset management.
- Interface with teams across multiple countries
- Ensure IT deadlines and deliverables are met
- Collaborating with local and global IT
- Procurement, provisioning, and troubleshooting of SIG standard HW and SW for desktop, notebook, telephony and video equipment
- Ensure compliance with basic information security measures and share knowledge about them.
- Taking ownership, working, and following up on all tickets initiated by local users to ensure agreed service delivery and quality within committed resolution times
- Managing first-line troubleshooting of local infrastructure in liaison with the global second-level support groups
