What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Usher/Greeter position at Sight & Sound Brand?

The Senior Usher/Greeter will be a leader on the House team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and have intentional, value-added interaction with the guests to further the Sight & Sound guest experience. They will lead a culture of trust, provide support to the House Manager and House Leads, and support the training process of new and existing employees.
Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent care for guests and instill a passion for customer service. Confidently problem solve guest concerns and provide creative solutions, using resources available on the Guest Services team.
- Work closely with House Leadership Team to encourage, promote, and lead a team built on trust and the 3 C's.
- Foster a positive work environment among team members through encouragement, mentoring, and training.
- Able to take over in House Manager/House Lead absence and competently perform within all areas of the House department.
Prerequisites:
- Outgoing, approachable, personable, flexible, adaptable, and even tempered
- Excellent customer service skills
- Quick decision making/strong multi-tasking ability
- Good discernment, negotiating abilities, and problem solver
