Job Description
The Financial Services Representative position at Sight & Sound is responsible for providing timely and accurate processing and reporting of financial transactions with integrity and excellence.
The key duties of this role include:
- Processing transactions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, and general ledger, including recording, reporting, reconciling, analyzing, and problem-solving.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and regularly reviewing and updating them as needed.
- Providing positive and effective communications and customer service.
- Supporting other areas within the Finance department as assigned.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Understanding of basic accounting knowledge and principles.
- Familiarity with computerized accounting software and Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
