As the Art & Media Project Manager, you will provide support and communication between Concept Artists, 3D Artists, Media Artists, and Show Logistics. This role focuses on maximizing team effectiveness by providing project management support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide self-directed administrative support to the Art & Media team, including coordinating schedules and calendars, purchasing, processing paperwork, travel coordination, and supporting verbal and written communication.
- Support Art & Media projects while effectively managing multiple competing priorities and creating efficiencies in processes and communication.
- Collaborate with the Art & Media Manager to build, manage, and maintain timelines using project management tools.
- Identify resource gaps and proactively manage solutions.
- Promptly inform relevant managers and team members of updates and changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate interdepartmental meetings, manage scheduling and logistics, provide agendas, and facilitate follow-up, including meeting notes.
- Manage collaboration and effective team interactions by emulating servant-leadership and fostering healthy team dynamics.
- Maintain the training document library, keeping information current and accessible.
- Aid the Art & Media Manager in changeover content revision requests while maintaining the change log for the Artists.
