Job description
The Customer Service Representative will be a resource for Sigma Beauty customers available through email, chat, social media channels, and over the phone. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer questions and resolving any order and shipping problems that may arise. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for processing all returned packages and resending items. Customer Service Representatives actively have the opportunity to work with all departments ranging from marketing to wholesale. Customer Service Representative are the first people to try out new, upcoming products, and all employees receive a significant employee discount.
Job Duties :
- Communicate with customers through email, chat, social media, and telephone
- Assisting customers in a proactive, professional, and positive manner
- Modifying and canceling orders
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Package and ship resend packages and replacements
- Calculating and submitting refunds and invoices
- Maintain Customer Service spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Work with other departments to address problems and create solutions
