Sigma Consulting Group, Inc., one of Baton Rouge’s “Best Places To Work”, is looking for a PLS / Survey Department Manager to oversee Geomatics / Surveying initiatives in the Baton Rouge area.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Promote Sigma’s “Quality First” management approach within all aspects of the surveying business
- Serve as Sigma’s Surveying Supervising Professional for Louisiana
- Collaborate with management to generate a survey department vision and implement long and short term goals for the surveying discipline within Sigma and Waggoner
- Develop and monitor project scope, budget, schedule, and quality control for survey projects from the proposal stage through final deliverables
- Foster and grow client relationships / business development
- Serve as the Survey Discipline Manager for all survey personnel
- Develop and monitor department operating budgets
- Reports to the Sigma Baton Rouge Office Manager
