**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assemble and process products according to company specifications and procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
**Requirements:**
* 18 years or older.
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.
* Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or GED-equivalent.
* Bilingual - Spanish.
