SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll be a pivotal piece of enabling our sales team, elevating the Advisor experience across Signal. You will be primarily focused on tracking and reporting sales activity, increasing sales efficiency, calendar management and communication on behalf of the sales team, and ensuring our advisor experience from prospect through the sales funnel, to fully onboard with Signal, is the best in the industry.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
- Tracking and report key sales team activity metrics
- Prospect mail campaigning and gifting
- Manage communication on behalf of the Sales team through multiple communication channels internally and externally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to deliver on sales initiatives
- Inputting and updating sales notes in Signal's CRM
- Ownership and coordination of Advisor visits, and owning pre and post meeting deliverables
- Calendar management and documentation for the Sales Team

Signal Advisors is a remote company with team members all across the country. Over the years, we've realized the benefits and limitations of being fully remote. In order to foster culture and innovation that best serves our customers, a portion of our team is hybrid depending on their location. For this specific role, we require team members to be physically located in Detroit, or surrounding suburbs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
