Signal Group, a top modern public affairs agency located in D.C., is seeking a Creative Content Manager with a digital-first mindset and an inherent sense of curiosity to serve our public relations and public affairs work across our clean energy, healthcare, and outdoors clients.
What You'll Do:
- Lead development of social media strategies and content creation across multiple platforms for a variety of clients
- Develop visually compelling graphic content across digital platforms, including social media, toolkits, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
- Interpret, distill, and present digital analytic reports
- Spot social media and digital trends while drafting compelling content
- Conduct routine senior-level client contact
- Manage development and production of materials to support campaigns across all channels
- Track project progress and deadlines

- You have an impeccable understanding of AP style, are detail-oriented, diligent with each task and can work on multiple initiatives under strict deadlines
Qualifications:
- You have hands-on experience with social media management and content creation for politicians or organizations
- You are proficient in graphic design and understand how to maintain a brand's visual identity while pushing forward creative ideas
- Strong knowledge of social media and website best practices and an interest in mastering emerging technologies
- Proficiency in creative software services such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva, Elementor, WordPress, etc.
- Ability to monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), analytics, and trend for clients and sectors (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Keyhole, etc.)
- Have 4 years of PR agency, in-house, or government communications experience

This position is based in the Washington, D.C. area, and in office at least two days each week.
We believe in supporting our team and offer a generous salary and benefits package. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Benefits and perks include:
