Signal Group, a modern D.C. public affairs firm, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our Digital team. You will lead and manage the execution of our digital campaigns for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns on-schedule and on-budget, a strong understanding of digital media strategies, and the ability to drive ROI through innovative solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and data partners to optimize campaign performance and communicate success.
What You'll Do:
- Create and manage media budgets, schedules and spend across digital campaigns.
- Plan, develop, implement and manage a range of digital campaigns for multiple clients, working closely with Paid Media Associate through implementation.
- Collaborate with team to manage budgets, schedules, and spend across campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly across multiple digital channels, including programmatic, social media, email, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance, continuously optimizing for better results.
- Track and measure the ROI of all campaigns, providing detailed reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders (senior leadership) and external clients.
The Model Candidate:
- Provides clear and actionable insights on campaign budgets, performance, and strategic opportunities to internal and client teams.
- Maximizes the impact of each campaign by understanding client goals and aligning digital strategies with their objectives.
- Brings a positive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset to internal and client teams each day.
- Provides a deep understanding of current marketing trends, digital technologies, and their impact on campaign strategy.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to internal and client teams.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, with a preference for experience in large, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, including DSPs, social media, email, connected TV, programmatic advertising, and emerging digital channels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.

We believe in supporting our team and offer a generous salary and benefits package. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000.
