Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling
- Oversee event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align event goals with business objectives
- Handle event permits, contracts, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure all events are executed on time and meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event planning or execution
- Provide post-event reports and analysis to measure success
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
