Signal Tru Brand is searching for ahighly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on traditional marketing strategies, event coordination, and client engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute events such as trade shows, promotional campaigns, and in-person marketing initiatives.
• Develop and proofread marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, including tracking outcomes and preparing performance reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities.
• Oversee inventory and distribution of marketing collateral to sales teams and external stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
