This role isn’t just about bookkeeping and admin—it’s about operational leadership. The right candidate will have a clear path to expand into real estate portfolio management, financing, and assisting (or leading) development projects and incentives.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Operational & Financial Oversight
- Manage invoicing, bookkeeping, and cash flow tracking.
- Act as the point of contact for insurance matters, including renewals for general liability and health insurance.
- Oversee vendor relationships and streamline internal operations.
- Growth & Development (For the Right Candidate)
- Assist with real estate portfolio management and property oversight.
- Support financial planning, including securing development financing and incentives.
- Lead or assist with property acquisition and redevelopment projects.
Who You Are
- A detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who enjoys making processes more efficient.
- Experienced in bookkeeping and invoicing (QuickBooks preferred) and comfortable managing finances.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills—you keep things running smoothly.
- You may have worked as an assistant for a developer, in property management, or in finance, and you’re looking for a bigger role with room to grow.
