Your Role:
- Recruit & Expand: Lead the effort to recruit 100 agents in 2025, bringing in top talent aligned with our values of Growth, Hustle, Consistency, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Host Engaging Events: Organize high-impact recruiting and training events to foster agent success.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to execute a powerful growth strategy, including onboarding, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Track Performance: Monitor key KPIs and recruitment metrics to ensure sustained team growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in real estate recruiting, team building, or leadership.
- Strong knowledge of
