By leveraging AI-driven Cloud Agents, Signals automates outreach, follow-ups, and engagement, enabling teams to focus on closing deals while reducing manual tasks at scale.
About the Role:
We’re looking for someone with email marketing experience who’s eager to expand into other areas of marketing—while continuing to manage email campaigns. You’ll play a crucial role in planning and executing virtual events that promote Signals’ platform, collaborate on broader marketing efforts (paid ads, social media, and more), and help grow our brand in the demand generation space.

Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing & Content Development
- Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns focused on event promotion and enhancing Signals brand.
- Create compelling copy, segment audiences, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and conversions.
- Event Planning & Execution
- Collaborate on event pages, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize attendee satisfaction and lead generation.
- Brand Building & Social Footprint
- Elevate Signals' branding across all event-related communications and collateral.
- Develop strategies to grow Signals' Social Footprint, including creating engaging social content tied to events and other marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across various marketing channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Demand Generation, Design, and Product Marketing teams to develop cohesive strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for new event formats, processes, and channel outreach to improve the program continuously.
- Documentation & Research
- Document email workflows, best practices, and processes to help scale the program.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative event ideas and marketing approaches.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1-3 years work experience(marketing or related field preferred).
- Proven Email marketing experience (planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns).
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment—startup experience is a plus.
