About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator who will play a key role in planning and executing virtual events, managing Signals’ LinkedIn and social media presence, and supporting our demand generation efforts. This role requires exceptional organization, creativity, and communication skills to ensure the success of our events and marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Provo, UT.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Execution:

• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging in collaboration with design, content, and sales teams.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights.

Social Media & Content Management:

• Develop and schedule content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Engage with followers and track social media performance.
• Assist in content creation, including blog posts and email newsletters.

Public Relations & Brand Building:

• Draft and distribute press releases to targeted media outlets.
• Build relationships with journalists and influencers to enhance brand exposure.
• Maintain media lists and track press coverage.

Administrative & Research Support:

• Document workflows and best practices for scalability.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Maintain marketing calendars to ensure timely campaign execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience: 1 years in marketing, public relations, or related fields.
• Drive: A passion for learning, working hard, and achieving your marketing goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to align solutions with client objectives.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability: Quick to learn new technologies and software programs, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
