We're Looking for Motivated Sales Representatives

If so, we want to hear from you! At Signals, you'll join a smaller, close-knit sales team that values individual contributions and offers personalized training to help you excel.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prospect and Close Deals: Identify and engage potential clients, guiding them through the sales process to close deals effectively.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through dedication and strategic efforts.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and support each other in achieving goals.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Daily Outreach: Make daily calls and engage in other outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
What You Should Have
- Experience: 1-2 years of face-to-face sales experience in industries such as solar, retail, or similar customer-facing roles.
