Your Mission
As our Configuration Specialist in Horsham, you'll be the technical backbone of our clinical study deployments. You'll prepare and configure the electronic devices that researchers and patients rely on to collect crucial clinical data. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will directly impact the success of global clinical trials and ultimately help improve patients' lives.
What You'll Do
- Configure and install Signant Health's specialized software onto mobile and tablet devices for clinical trial use
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks to ensure flawless functionality
- Troubleshoot technical issues with both hardware and software
- Manage multiple priorities to meet critical shipping deadlines for clinical trials
- Maintain precise inventory control and device tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements within the Fulfillment team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless device deployment
What You Bring
- Strong technical aptitude with experience configuring electronic devices
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented approach with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Experience working in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
