We're on the hunt for a new Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to be a support resource, enabling the recruiters to focus on the sourcing and screening of top candidates required for our business across multiple geographies. They will work to enhance the candidate experience, promote the company’s value proposition internally and externally, and ensure compliance and consistency on the team.
The TA Coordinator will assist the recruitment team and hiring managers with scheduling interviews and ensuring that the interview experience is a positive one for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. This individual will also provide support to recruiters, ensuring that the offer process is carried out smoothly and effectively from offer to onboarding. As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the recruiter(s) in their assigned region in overall recruitment functions and execution of the requisition, recruitment, and selection process
- Post job openings on Signant’s internal and external website, social and professional media outlets, or other recruitment sources
- Schedule interviews for candidates, including creating the interview schedule and logistics while ensuring the candidate has all information necessary prior to their interview
- Schedule interviews through Outlook on the calendars of managers and internal clients
- Consistently utilize the applicant tracking system to manage the candidate workflow, interview scheduling ,and interview feedback
- Provide hands-on coordination through the interview process to include virtual interview setup, booking of rooms as necessary, candidate introductions and follow-through
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
- Work in conjunction with the Recruiter and/or HR team to ensure successful onboarding of new hires
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees, as well as build relationships with and support hiring managers through the recruitment and selection processes
- Maintains accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring that timely and accurate information can be accessed and supplied when needed

- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects efficiently to meet all deadlines
- Fluid level of English Language.
- Eagerness to build internal and external relationships
- Experience in brand positioning and content creation
- Strategic and innovative thinker
- Proven computer proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Passionate about recruiting, employer branding and human resources
- Hands-on, efficient, and dynamic
- Some experience in an HR, TA coordinating, or administrative function
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of a High School diploma, or equivalent
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a professional office setting, experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required, and strong writing, email, and overall communication skills are a must
- Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly engage people and be insightful about what is and is not said
- Must be a team-oriented person with a “can do” attitude
- Must be able to use own initiative and work independently as needed
