Inside Sales for Yesco Sign & Lighting

We are looking for a personable, reliable and motivated team player to help us grow the business!

GENERAL PURPOSE

To grow a new and existing client base.

• Reach-out to daily sign repair/service leads primarily through phone call (or via email as the situation requires)
• Follow up on the leads until a definitive Yes/No answer is obtained for the service
• Document the client interaction and job order on YESCO’s job management software
• Follow up with clients to ensure the job is completed to their satisfaction

• Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
• Highly innovative and proactive.
• Capable to give quick and accurate response to questions.

NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS

Small and large businesses that have signs and/or lighting.

Salary is $40,000 base with 5% Commission on Paid Invoices.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise.
