Job Overview
At SignaTech Solar we specialize in commercial and residential solar installations. We are seeking a dedicated and detailed sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some form of previous sales and/or customer relations experience. If you have some experience in the construction or solar energy fields, that is a bonus. This position’s primary objective is to deliver top-tier customer service and support SignaTech's growth and revenue through maximizing sales in an office setting. We offer hourly compensation (negotiable), and starting pay aligned with experience and capabilities. Bonuses available and PTO. You need to be available during standard business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday). You must have the following: reliable transportation to and from our Sulphur Springs office; a valid Texas driver’s license; proof of identity and employment authorization; a high school diploma or equivalent; and the ability to pass drug tests. The sales assistant will work closely with the owner, the operations manager, the project manager and other team members to ensure that our sales inquiries are being responded to in a timely manner. Duties
- Must be punctual and have the ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Experience with construction projects preferred, but not required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in solar or construction is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficient with computers, emails, spreadsheets, and CRM's.
- Comfortable with calling/taking phone calls from clients.
