Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management, human resources, and financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with payroll processing.
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Operate phone systems efficiently, managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist sales manager, as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and human resources practices.
  • Strong budgeting skills with attention to detail in financial reporting.
  • Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
  • Exceptional calendar management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual and previous retail sales experience a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
