We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management, human resources, and financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with payroll processing.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist sales manager, as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and human resources practices.
- Strong budgeting skills with attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
- Exceptional calendar management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual and previous retail sales experience a plus!
