What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate position at Signature Bridal Salon?
We are an award winning Bridal Boutique located in West Austin and are looking to hire full time amazing people to help our Brides, Bridesmaids and Mother of the Brides find their perfect dresses for their special days!! We are looking for fun, energetic and outgoing individuals who share a passion for beautiful things and a dedication to helping people.
Our consultants work one-on-one with our Brides to find their perfect dress in our over 750 gown collection as well as standard office work such as answering phones and booking appointments so the ability to multi-task is a must in this position.
We located in the Shops at the Galleria in Bee Cave, directly across the street from the Hill Country Galleria. Our normal hours of operation are Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 10:00am - 6:00pm, Sundays 12:00pm - 5:00pm, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The ideal candidate will be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including weekends. Full time employees who work 5 days a week will receive one weekend off each month if requested but please know weekends are our busiest times and therefore the highest opportunity for commission and bonus pay. The hourly range listed above includes average commissions but not tips as those are very dependent on each individual's ability to go above and beyond the customer's expectations.

- Provide exceptional customer service to bridal clients
- Assist clients in selecting the perfect bridal attire and accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Stay up-to-date on current bridal trends and styles
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
Skills:
- Strong technical sales skills
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Note: This job description is for a Bridal Consultant position. The role requires technical sales skills as well as strong organizational and time management skills which are important for success in this role. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance.
