Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care
- Schedule new patient appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office environment
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or patient coordinator role dental preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with dental PMS and basic office software
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
