Your Role as an Executive Director
As a visionary leader, you will oversee the growth and development of our facility, driving transformative change in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Requirements
- A current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Tennessee
- At least three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility
- Demonstrated success in previous LNHA roles, measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes
