Home Improvement Sales Consultant

Due to an increased demand for our services, we are seeking an experienced Remodeling Consultant (Outside sales). Selling Kitchens, Bathroom, Windows, Siding and Roofing Replacement Projects - In Home. Leads Provided. If you're goal oriented, self-starter, people person, like a fast paced, fun environment this is a can't miss job for you!

We offer a fully paid 90 day training program where you receive a base salary and commission on every qualifying sale you make. Upon completion of your training period, we double your commission percentage while continuing to earn salary and full benefits. Potential advancement to Sales Manager.

A qualified applicant must be willing to work long hours (especially during your 90 day training), have reliable transportation for visiting customers and project sites in the Twin City metro area, be physically able to set up a ladder and access roofs on residential homes, have a 4 year degree or equivalent sales experience.

In addition to being provided with preset appointments, there is some cold calling required.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on Provided Leads
• Network to develop your own leads
• Sell our products and services to clients
• Manage the projects through completion

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Previous construction experience a plus
• Strong technical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's license

Compensation:

• Base Salary of $60,000
• With bonus / commission earn $100,000 - $150,000
