Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Paint Protection Film Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high-quality work. As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for professionally applying PPF on a variety of vehicles while maintaining our high standards for precision and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install automotive PPF with expert precision, ensuring seamless application.
- Prepare vehicles by properly cleaning and prepping surfaces before installation.
- Work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect finished work to ensure flawless results and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and assist in other areas as needed.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional PPF installation experience (bulk and pre-cut experience required).
- Expertise in installing 8mil and 10mil films on various vehicle surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to top-quality craftsmanship.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining precision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new installation techniques.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- window tint/windshield PPF is a plus

Pay: 30% - 40% commissions which can range anywhere from $900-$2700/week (could be more depending on the amount of work completed )
