We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analytics Manager to develop, implement, and oversee data tracking systems for our home energy storage solutions. This role is critical in linking procurement, technical support, RMA, and repair processes to drive efficiency, improve product quality, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management, reporting tools, and business intelligence strategies.
Key Responsibilities
•Data Tracking & Integration
•Develop and maintain a data pipeline that connects procurement, inventory, tech support cases, RMAs, and repairs.
•Implement automated reporting systems to analyze product performance and failure rates.
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple departments.
•Business Intelligence & Reporting
•Generate actionable insights from data to improve product design, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.
•Create dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting trends in purchases, failures, and service history.
•Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and post-sales support to recommend improvements.
•Collaboration & Communication
•Work closely with procurement, tech support, R&D, repair center, and product development teams.
•Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product quality and customer experience.
•Support marketing and sales teams with insights on product performance and reliability.
•Process Optimization & Automation
•Develop and refine predictive models to forecast product failure rates and service demands.
•Implement AI/ML solutions for early detection of recurring product issues.
•Streamline reporting processes through automation and database optimization.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
•5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or technology support industries.
•Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
•Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
•Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems for tracking procurement and customer interactions.
•Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in the energy storage, battery, or electronics industry.
•Knowledge of supply chain analytics and quality control tracking.
•Understanding of IoT and real-time data analysis from connected devices.
