Overview:

Duties - Ice Cream:
- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream flavors following recipes and guidelines.
- Operate ice cream-making equipment efficiently and safely.
- Monitor the freezing process and adjust settings as needed.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Label ice cream products for storage or sale.
Duties - Candy:
- Create candies using various equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Monitor and adjust candy-making machines as needed.
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
Requirements:
- Experience in food processing, preferably in the candy or food industry.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of mechanical operations related to candy-making equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
