Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing other tasks. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
Duties, but not limited to:
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer internal/external phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, conference room, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
- Assist the administrative team in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
- Assist with clerical duties such as managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to management when needed.
- Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
Requirements, but not limited to:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experienced working at a desk for long periods of time.
- Proven computer skills, phone system, and other software.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback from management.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma/GED
- 2 Years of experience at minimum in customer service.
- Must be able to pass drug test before beginning. In addition, we reserve the right to request random drug tests.
- Must maintain professional appearance at all times.
- Provide 1 personal reference and 2 professional references.
Pay:
- $18.00 Per Hour (Bi-weekly Payroll)
Expected Hours:
- 15-30 Hours Per Week
- The preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. However, hours/days can be discussed.
Job Type:
- Part-time, but with the opportunity to become full-time.
- Weekends off, unless all staff are required to report to work on a Saturday/Sunday
- This position does not qualify for remote work. Unless the office is closed due to severe weather. Office closures are announced by the Management Team.
