About the position
With over $500 million in assets under management and continuing to grow, the Registered Investment Associate plays a critical role in onboarding and servicing clients with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. This position also contributes significantly to the firm’s overall operations and supports client service needs, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What to expect in the role
- Proactive investment activities including monitoring high cash balances and proposal creation
- Support investment service activities for various account types (managed accounts, brokerage, direct mutual fund, annuities, etc.)
- Support advisors with client reviews by preparing summaries of investment portfolios and performance metrics
- Account opening and money movement
- Process account transfers, distribution requests, new contributions and redemptions
- Manage Periodic Investment Plans (PIP's) including processing and confirming that funding has invested
- Alternative Investment monitoring, position selection and rebalancing
- Maintain awareness of new investment strategies, techniques, and products through regular contact with other industry professionals and through internal and external research.
- Keep informed of market trends and analyze the effect of these trends on client's investment portfolios.
- Follow established investment policies and procedures including annual account reviews and working to minimize and/or document exceptions.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years of operations experience in a wealth management firm
- Technical understanding of investment products and ability to communicate multi-step processes to clients
- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and CRM software
- Series 7 license
Nice to Have
- Series 65/66 license
- Experience with Envestnet, Wealthscape/NFS, iCapital, and/or financial planning software (e.g., eMoney)

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
