Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our team at Signature Bar. The ideal candidate will support our bartenders and ensure that the bar operates smoothly, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Assist bartenders by stocking and replenishing bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning bar surfaces, and disposing of trash.
• Ensure that garnishes and other bar supplies are prepared and readily available.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service hours.
• Respond promptly to bartender requests to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor and restock restroom supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
