Mission of the role :

Support the finance and operations functions to ensure the execution of financial and operational

processes while delivering accurate data and insights to promote the organization's strategic goals.

Reports to :

This role reports to the Controller

Primary Function

As the Finance and Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

• Update the daily cash report and perform accounts payable duties
• Approve monthly expense reports and maintain other monthly tracking reports
• Assist in preparing payroll, 401k, and HSA funding
• Perform month-end close tasks such as bank reconciliations, posting journal entries, and
