About job :
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of events that create lasting impressions and engage participants. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Manager and other team members to support a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
Salary Range : $21.00 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services for events.
- Help manage budgets and track expenses to ensure events remain within financial limits.
- Conduct venue research and assist in site visits to evaluate suitability for events.
- Prepare event materials, including agendas, programs, and promotional items.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
