We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
Salary Range : $950 - $1200 per week

Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with order placements, billing inquiries, product information, and technical support issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and enhance their experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide consistent customer service.
