- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
- Assist customers with order processing and account management issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
