Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $800.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift

Ability to Commute:

• Supply, NC 28462 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Supply, NC 28462: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
