We are seeking a Real Property Audit Readiness Analyst to support our work with the US Army. Work will be performed on a hybrid basis with onsite support expected three days per week in Tysons Corner and Arlington VA.
\n- Active Secret security clearance (interim OK)
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
- 4 years of experience with federal financial management
- 2 years of federal accounting experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Federal audit readiness and remediation experience (DoD experience preferred)
- External audit experience (DoD experience preferred)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft products (e.g. content creation in powerpoint, data analysis (macros/pivots) in excel
- Internal audit, internal controls, DoD audit readiness or audit, property accountability, or financial reporting experience.
- Army Real Property experience
- Data analytics and visualization skills
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
